I would like to display the month as a name instead of a number. February
2006 instead of 2006 02

I am using the 'month' view. It shows 2006 02 on the right side and has
three calandars on the left side also using 2006 02, 2006 03 etc. Also when
I print a monthly calandar the month displays as a number.

thanks
