Hi,
I have one, ONE, Outlook client that when I install the Time Zone Update patch, KB931836, all meeting requests that come in to his pst file say "This meeting occurs in the past" so he can't accept/decline them. When KB931836 is uninstalled, everything works. Every other Outlook user has problems fixed by installing KB931836, not the other way around. We are still on Exchange 5.5, and Outlook 2000 (CW). OS are all XP SP2. Domain controllers are still NT 4.0 SP6. I also tried TZMove on my problem client, but I get "Operation failed" on that. What would cause KB931836 to break Outlook rather than fix it? Thanks very much. |
