Default calendar reminders early

Some of my calendar reminders are way too early(ex. I have a 5:30 reminder
for this morning and outlook is telling me it is 8 hours overdue)

Make sure your Windows Clock and Outlook Calendar agree both in the timezone
and in the DST settings.
