Default How do others who share calendars with me use my templates?

Everyone at work shares calendars. I designed a form (template) for the
office to use, but I can't create appointments using the form on other
people's calendars from my computer. How do I make it so that the form
applies to whomever I want to create an appointment?

Tell us more about your environment. Is Exchange your mail server?

I'll get back to you. I'm not sure. Thanks for the reply.
