Hi,
I have tasks organized by category. I need to set a due date for all the items in that category. Often I also need to change other fields for all items with one click or action. Is this possible in Outlook 2003? Thanks |

If you group items in a view by a certain field, you can drag items from one
group to another to change the value of that field to the field you're dragging to. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** " wrote: Hi, I have tasks organized by category.
