Default Removing holidays in Outlook 2003

How do I remove (or unselect) another country's/region's holidays in Outlook
2003?

use the group by category view, select them and delete.

Thanks Diane,
Worked a treat once I worked out how to "group by category view".
For anyone else as slow of the mark as I am you select that from the drop
down menu of the "Current View" text box on the "Advanced" toolbar.
