I have a user who has two delegates with editor permissions on his calendar
(Win XP Pro & Office 2003). All meeting requests are sent to the customer and to each delegate as well as being placed on the user's calendar tentatively. If either of the delegates delete the meeting request from their inbox before the meeting is accepted, it is completely removed from the user's calendar. He still has the request in his inbox and is able to reply, however he would like to keep it on his calendar tentatively until a formal reply is made. Is this expected behavior? Is there anything that can be done to change this? Thank you. |
