Default Calendar Sharing between Office 2003 and 2007

I have Office 2007. How can I share my calendar with co-workers who have
Office 2003? When I follow the standard sharing steps they receive an email
that asks them to enter a Windows Live password but the link doesn't work. We
are on a POP, not exchange.
