The best you can do is to use one of the Calendar Word templates to create a
calendar you can either email, print, or copy to another computer - directions and options he http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
