Default Time Zone is blank

What do you have set under Windows Control Panel-Regional Options or Clock?

After furious head scratching, DaSun asked:

| I'm having trouble adding appointments into my calendar. I found
| that the problem was in the Time Zone under the Calendar Option. I
| get the error "Out of memory or System Resources...." every time I
| open the Time Zone option. I can click on OK, but the everything in
| the Time Zone is left blank. I can't select anything. So my
| question is, how do I get that back? Thanks for your time.
