The company I work at is based in the US, with an office in the UK.
Everyone is running Outlook 2003. When the administrative assistant in the UK sets up a meeting, and includes people both in the US and the UK, the meeting shows up properly on nearly everyone's calendar. However, for two people in the UK, the meeting will either show up 3 hours early only, or 3 hours early AND the correct time. This doesn't seem to have anything to do with time zones or daylight savings, as there are people on both sides of the ocean have the correct times in their calendars, but two people do not. I've checked their computers' clocks, and they are correct. ANy help would be appreciated. |

To add some clarification, if a meeting is set up at 12pm GMT, then it shows up on the East Coast US calendars at 7am EDT. This is correct. However, the incorrect and/or duplicate meeting show up at 4am EDT (9am GMT). |
