In Outlook (all versions to date but I'm now using 2007) looking at my
calendar in the "Month" view the maximum date range I can show is 6 weeks. I routinely plan my business trips for the next 3 months forward and I have been unable to find a way in Outlook to show more than 6 weeks, or for example to define a "Quarter" view in addition to the "Day", "Week", "Month". I have a 30" LCD running 2560x1600 and I certainly have the space on screen to display this if only I can find how to make Outlook do it. Currently I'm reduced to planning my trips in Excel to get a rolling quarter/half year view and then moving the appointments to Outlook manually. Thanks, John |
