User gets a message saying "Unable to save item" when trying to add an entry
to her calendar. She can enter into a shared department calendar, but not her own. All service packs and hotfixes had already been done. Outlook version is 2003 as is the Exchange Server. OS is Windows XP Pro. She is running in cached Exchange mode. This has been going on for about a week. Everything was fine before that. Any ideas? |

Actually I think we do have the same problem. Double clicking on a time slot
or clicking "New" does nothing. It will allow her to enter directly in a slot on the "timeline" but what ever was entered disappears when you click out of that time slot. Then the error message appears. I told her it's because no one wants her at the meetings she can't schedule. But that wasn't good enough. Picky users.... ![]() "Xav" wrote: It happens something similar to me, but in may case I try to add an entry in my calendar double click and nothing happen, add new event, nothing happen..... it is like the calendar is blocked.
