Default Multiple "Calander" folders after upgrade

After upgrading from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 I have many, many folders
listed in "My Calendars", all named "Calendar". This normal? Must be a
thousand or more. Scrolling takes forever - slide barely moves.
Left-clicking one sometines causes Outlook to hang, or I get a message saying
object is deleted. How do I delete all calendars but the primary one?
