When i receive a calendar note from the other employees in my office they
come in an e-mail format and is just mumble jumble text rather than the normal window that includes the accept and decline buttons. Though when i send a calendar note it comes up in the normal format at the receiving end. Why is this? What can I do to fix it? |

Microsoft offers a hotfix for Outlook 2000 to improve its compatibility with iCal/vCal 2.0 meeting requests, which is what your colleagues are likely to be using, given that Exchange is not your mail server. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823199 . Alternatively, have Outlook 2002/2003 senders avoid using reminders in the meeting requests they send to Outlook 2000 recipients.
