Default Outlook Crashes

Hi-

When someone schedules a meeting for my user id, their outlook crashes and
restarts automatically-

I did some troubleshooting and found that if I start my outlook from a
command prompt with /cleanfreebusy, they were able to schedule a meeting-

But- after sometime, again their outlook starts crashing when they try to
schedule a meeting- (IF I start with /cleanfreebusy it works for a while)

I don't see any error messages on my Exchange 2003 Cluster nor on my outlook
client-

I am just wondering why this crashes often when they try to schedule a
meeting -

Can someone help?

Thanks-
