Hi,
I'm having a problem with a customer of ours. He uses Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2003 and recieves email from exchange server. If I send a test appointment which is not recurring to his emailaddress and he excepts this, then the appointment is stored in his outlook as recurring weekly. Can anyone tell me what to do about this problem? Thanx in advance, Fred |

Can anyone tell me what to do about this problem? Have him check in Control PanelAdd or Remove Programs for an app named Outlookaddinsetup and if he sees it, to remove it. -- Brian Tillman |
