Hi everybody,
We have a public calendar on our Exchange, that everybody can view. There are several of us that can add. For the rest of our users, they can propose something via the "Moderated Folder" feature in Outlook. So basically, they try to add something, and it shoots the moderators an email request. It works nice for us. However, we have a possible security issue, where somebody might be logging in as one of our moderators, and adding things. Is there a way to tell who authored items on a public calendar? I don't see anything in the Outlook client, but perhaps there's something on the administrative end? Thanks. |

Display the calendar in a table view (categories for instance) and then using Field Chooser, add the Changed By column and sort on this column.

However, one drawback that I see is that the person possibly adding items to a calendar will show up as one of your moderators. Probably the best thing is to have all moderators change their password and NOT share it with anyone.
