Outlook does a great job of noting conflicts or adjacent meetings. It could
even be better if you could input travel time (as opposed to tricking it by starting the meeting sooner). Many time travel time is not lost time, but only limits the meeting types such as taking calls while traveling to a face-to-face meeting. This feature would prevent a meeting as just showing adjacent to and would alert the user to check his calendar to make sure he can be there in light of travel. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
