We recently set up small business server (with exchange) at work and we all
received new email addresses (name change of business). When the new email was set up, it set up a "Mailbox". My old email used to come to "Personal Folders". So the calendar that is in Personal Folders has all my appts scheduled in it but now the "Mailbox" calendar is the default. I just want to be able to copy the calendar items over and close the Personal folder for good - problem is that when I copy it, it goes to a new calendar which is still not the default. I am using Office 2003 and Business Server 2003. Thank you! |

You need to copy the items, not the folder. The By Category view is helpful for this.
