Default Birthday Reminder????

Outlook does that automatically if you use the Birthday Field in the COntact
and you have the default on for reminders on appointments.

What version? Did you enter their birthday in the Birthday field?
And most importantly - are you using only 1 Contacts folder?????

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Default Birthday Reminder????

Thanks for your response...The birthday field was automatically filled in
from when I imported the contacts. Also, could you tell me how to set the
"default on for reminders on appointments"??

However, importing contacts won't cause the automatic addition of the
birthday to the calendar. You must manually enter it. WHy did you import
contacts? Where they in a spreadsheet?
