I have two users using Outlook 2003. The primary user has shared his calendar
with his pa and she has create rights to his calendar. When she enters an appointment on his calendar she is able to see the entry but it does not appear on his view of his calendar. Any ideas? |

Are either using Offline or cache mode?
If yes, are they synchronizing? How often do they update their free/busy info? Do either of your clients have the "Private" option turned on? Are you sure the pa is on his calendar when she makes the appt? Nikki "Geoff" wrote in message ... I have two users using Outlook 2003.
