Hello.
Everytime one of my users sends a Meeting Request to a certain co- worker (let's say, "Betty"), she gets a reply back from System Administrator that the message was undeliverable to another person (let's say, "Joe," that was not originally included in the list of recipients). Joe no longer works at this facility, and has been removed from Active Directory. The contents of the reply from the System Administrator looks like this: "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Meeting Request Sent: 5/18/2007 3:47 PM The following recipient(s) could not be reached: Black, Joe on 5/18/2007 3:47 PM The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again, or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email system of the recipient. mailserver This does not happen when the user sends a regular email to Betty... only when she sends a Meeting Request. Does anyone know where the problem is? I have checked in all the obvious places, but I'm drawing a blank. Thanks!! Jessi |

Have Betty go to Tools - Options - Delegates. -- f.h. |
