How do I get the 'clock' icons "OFF" of every calendar appointment?

Brian,
I checked those settings and those boxes are unchecked, yet the clocks still appear. Any other suggestions? if you enable clocks, do you see two sets?

Are these time appointments that last for more than 24 hours? If so, clocks
