we are trying to create one calendar, but display appointments as either
"internal" or "external". Can we use a category name on each appointment, then print only a Calendar with the internal appointments, or only the external appointments displayed? We use Outlook 2003. |

Assign each appointment a category and then use a color to distinguish
either the internal/external optio or the category for normal viewing. When you want to print a copy of just one category, customize your view to only show that category and then print that. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Thanks Milly - I tried this, but by using [View] Arrange by - Category ... it
put my view into a table format (not in a day/week/month view). My contact wants to be able to print the information in Calendar Details Style; ie, print one Calendar showing Internal appointments, and print one calendar showing External appointments (however, all created within the one Calandar). Do you think this is possible??? If you have your calendar set for day/week/month view - use View-arrange
by-customize view-filter-more choices. Select the category you want to view and okay out. Then print that view. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
