Default Calendar Item Forwarding

We have an issue with a user who works between the main office and 2nd office
offsite on two different networks but both use Exchanage and Outlook. Is
there a way or rule to setup to have his email/Calendar items forwarded from
the 2nd Office over to the main office to his secretary so have his calendar
items automatically added to his main calander.....so his mobile device will
be updated with all meetings, etc from both offices.

Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated....Thanks.
