Default Can I save a set of Outlook events as a template?

I manage a project which is deployed at all of our sites worldwide. For each
site's deployment, there is a predictable set of events which has identical
timing. Each deployment starts on a different day. I use Outlook to track the
milestones for each deployment.

I would like to save a group of events as a template that could be copied
and customized for each deployment, rather than having to recreate the
sequence of events for each site. Is this possible?
