We are using Outlook 2002 and 2003 without Exchange. We have set up
outlook to post free/busy data to a shared folder. When scheduling a meeting request we can see everyones calendar fine. The problem is we can't see a difference between a busy time and an out of office time. Both are colored the default dark blue even though on the individual's calendar they have set the appointment as Out of Office and it shows up with the default dark maroon on their own calendar. Should we be able to see other's calendar colors like Out of Office? Thanks, Lost |
