Is this using the notably buggy and unstable Net Folders? If yes, then use
the built-in system help for a general overview. Outlook 2000 has been out of mainstream support for a couple of years now so I doubt there is any current content on using Net Folders. However, you may be able to find something using Google. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook} Please post all followup questions to the newsgroups only to keep the discussion intact.
