I have an Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 environment.
One of my company's execs will be traveling and wants to turn off any appointment/calendar reminders while she is traveling (and connecting over a VPN connection). How do I set her client up so that she won't receive any reminders? Tools - Options - unchecking Default Reminder button in Calendar options section didn't do the trick. Thanks |

Testing indicates that this method seems to have had the desired effect of
turning off reminders. Searching on this board - before posting - for a way to do this didn't turn up any solutions so the info you provided is much appreciated.
