I need to set up a meeting. We're giving the same meeting at two different
times during the day. Is there a way in Outlook to give your meeting attendees the ability to select from 2 or 3 time options? I can't seem to figure it out. The only other option would be to send out the invite two or three times for EACH time. I was trying to prevent that. I would appreciate any help on this. I'm starting to think it isn't an option. |
