Default Meeting time and date problem

We have started having an interesting problem in our Exchange / Outlook
environment.

When someone receives an external Meeting Invitation through Outlook, the
"When" time listed is incorrect. It always shows up as the current date and
with the next time slot past the CURRENT TIME AND DATE.

For instance, if I receive a meeting request at NOON for tomorrow at
8:30-9PM. The "When" listed will be today at 12:30-1PM (the next time slot).
If I receive the same meeting request at 1PM, it will show 1:30-2PM.

So if I just leave it in my inbox without accepting it, it will change the
time every half hour for the "When" automatically. It isn't a time zone
issues as the meeting could be for next week, month, year, etc, but it will
always show today's date in the "When" section.

If I accept the meeting, it shows up in Calendar correctly. This happens
with both 2003 and 2007, but not in OWA (or Blackberry, etc).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Justin

Default Meeting time and date problem

I too have seen this happen. The server is running exchange 2000 and
the clients are running outlook XP and 2003. I have a single person
whenever they create an appointment and invite others to the
appointment it send the appointment out for the current date and time.
If anyone has any ideas on this I am interested in hearing them.
