i have a question regarding tentative meetings and delegates. say i have a
delegate for my calendar. this delegate also receives meeting requests sent to me in their inbox. now, let's say i receive a meeting request and so does my delegate in their inbox. i do not open the request nor does my delegate. it shows up in my calendar as tentative. everything is fine. then, my delegate deletes it from their inbox and by doing so, it removes the entry from my calendar. i still obviously have the unopened meeting request in my inbox, but is the calendar entry for this meeting request suppose to be removed when my delegate deletes the request from their inbox? is this by design? i am able to reproduce this everytime. thanks for any insight/help. |

If you're using Outlook 2003, download and install OFfice 2003 Service Pack 2, which includes updates to avoid that problem scenario.
