I'm using Outlook 2003. I'm trying to get Outlook to consistently display
times in the Calendar in different views. I’m also trying to get the Time Font to stay at 8pt. 1) In the 31Month view, I can see all the times regardless of the interval (hour, 30 min, etc.). 7Day view is perfect also. 2) In 1Day view, I can see the times on some appointments. For some reason it's not consistent. I've shortened the text on the subject line and changed font to display in 8pt. 3) In 5Day view, same issue as #2. 4) In 1Day view, if I set the interval to anything other than 60 minutes, no times appear. 5) And finally, I'm going in to Customize Current View, Other Settings, and changing the font size for the Time Font to 8. But when I check it again, it's back to 16pt. This is driving me crazy. Can someone please provide a simple explanation, as I’m sure you have. Thanks in advance. -- Peggy Duncan, Author Conquer Email Overload with Outlook http://www.PeggyDuncan.com |
