In Outlook 2007, when You make a multi-day appointment that is over a weekend
and into a new week, the second part of the appointment doe not appear in the print preview or on the printed page. Example an appointment that is started on Wednesday 6/6/07 and ends on Tuesday 6/12/07. You will see the appointment on Wedday through Saturday and about 1/4 " past Saturday on both print screen and the printed page. Nothing shows on Sunday 6/10 to Tuesday 6/12. I would assume a patch is needed to fix the problem but I can't find anything that helps that stays in Outlook. I downloaded Calendar Assistant from Microsoft but I would prefer not to use it. |
