Hi,
I would like the view of my calendar to have the all 12 Months displayed in the Navigation pane. I see some have 3 months , I have 2 months but not sure how to set this up. Any idea how I can have all 12 months of a calendar year displayed in the navigation pane on the left hand side . -- jaya |

Drag the separators (lower and left) until you see the view you desire. It
would also help when posting a question to state your version of Outlook. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook} Please post all followup questions to the newsgroups only to keep the discussion intact. Sorry - I just reread your message and having all 12 month in the Navigation
pane would mean you need a really huge screen (we're talking HD size monitor) My prior post tells you how to achieve this using the Date Navigator, not the Navigation Pane. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook} Please post all followup questions to the newsgroups only to keep the discussion intact. If you put the Date Navigator on the right side of Outlook 2003, you can fit
a lot more months on screen. In 2003, do this by showing, then compressing the TaskPad . View TaskPad. The Date Navigator will show on the right side now. Then you can grab the top edge of the TaskPad and drag it down to reveal many more months of the Date Navigator. You can also widen the Date Navigator by dragging the left edge further to the left. I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
