The SHOW TIME AS box offers the options Busy (in blue), Tentative (blue with
white pinstripes), Free (no change), or Out of Office (magenta). I need to add options with other colors and cannot figure out how to do so. Let me explain. We need to be able to see 5+ schedules (group schedules) at a glance. We need the option of adding fields that are green or orange. We are using the feature in scheduling to assign appointments and need another color for missed appoints. Currently, we use the blue field (Busy) for available appointment slots and the magenta (Out of Office) for filled appointment slots. We need to track missed appointments at a glance, though. Is there a way to add fields or change the color assigned to "Tentative" to meet our needs? We are on Outlook 2003. |
