Default How to retrieve archived calendar events/appointments?

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 Professional on XP.

I use my calendar like crazy (completely rely on it)…it is super!

Well, I just went to look at something back from 2005 and it wasn’t there!
Nothing was! I haven’t done anything like start over in 2006 or anything
like that.

Does the system do an auto archive or something similar? If so, is there a
way to retrieve this info? How would I know if something was archived w/o me
asking it to? Where would I find an archived file if the system did this?

I am shocked to find nothing there prior to 2006! Any insight would be
super as I need those appointments back.

Thanks!
Kathy

No need to ask so many times.

Pardon me. I posted this back on 6/5 but the system never posted it. I
posted it again 6/6 after contacting Microsoft about nothing posting that
day...but again nothing posted on 6/6...so, when I received an email from
Microsoft this morning saying it would be fine if I posted it today since the
system had not been working for a few days, I did so.

So, if this posted from prior days it never showed as far as I was
concerned...and, I still needed an answer to my question. Sorry if system
problems caused me to offend you.

And, STILL I am waiting for a response to my question....

Use a newsreader and you won't have those problems.

And, STILL I am waiting for a response to my question....

And you were answered as well by Milly Staples.
