Do you get this error if you reboot? Did you try deleting frmche.dat? look
for it at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Yes, after I reboot I still get the message. I did a search on my computer
and there is no 'frmche.dat' file, so I don't really know what that means?

did you look in the location I posted? my keyboard skips letters - the file
name is frmcache.dat - but you'd see it in the folder if it exists. It's a
custom forms cache and if a form is corrupt, deleting the dat file will
allow outlook to rebuild it.
