Default Rescheduling at a later time

Is there a way to mark on an appointment that was cancelled, that it needs to
be rescheduled? I know I can reschedule it but I want to mark it, so I know
it reschedule it later.

No - set a task reminder to tell yourself to do this. It is not an option
in the meeting items.
