Default Outlook should let me change the weekend to Thursday/Friday

In Calendar, there is one weekend option which is Saturday/Sunday. I would
like to have the option to select Thursday/Friday as my weekend.

Very few people would agree with this suggestion - except for those whose
religious weekends don't fall on Saturday/Sunday.

Except for all the people in countries in the Middle East, (such as Kuwait)
where the weekend falls on Thursday & Friday.

Localized versions for that region probably do have the weekend set per
local custom.
