Default How do I print an appointment and include the lower pane?

I want to print an appointment screen that includes the large lower pane in
the window, where I put an agenda, information needed for the appointment,
and similar stuff, so that I have a hardcopy memo on hand at the meeting.
(Sorry, I don't use a PDA) But when I print the appointment, I only get
Subject, Start, End, Recurrence, and Categories items; the rest of the 8-1/2"
x 11" page is blank.
