how do I share the calendar alerts so other can also receive them
I need to share my calendar with other peers and I would like them to be able
to receive calendar reminder alerts without them having my calendar open. Thanks.

I don't think they be able to receive alerts from your calendar in any event without a third-party tool like http://www.slovaktech.com/remindermanager.htm -- Brian Tillman
