I just started using Outlook Calendaring 2007 after using MS Works 6, from
which I imported reminders. I just discovered that things like birthdays in Outlook 2007, which I had setup in Works 6.0 to occur once a year, are setup to occur weekly in Outlook Calendar. How do I fix this? |

Is there no way to have them imported correctly so that I don't have to go
to the trouble of reseting the recurrences for all those reminders? "Diane Poremsky" wrote in message ... Thanks for the help.
"Diane Poremsky" wrote in message ... To the best of my knowledge, no. Depending on the file format of the export from works, you can edit it in excel or notepad before importing and make the dates and occurrences correct. You can create a table view that shows just the items modified at the time of the import - this may make it easier to make changes. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "BBran" wrote in message ...
