Default How do I get appointments to show up on my PDA after I sync?

I am using Active Sync on a Mac using Parallels. The appointment will not
show up on my PDA but will show on my calendar in Outlook. I have
reinstalled (deleted partnership) and started over. Nothing changed. However,
the appointment appears on my start page. This is strange.
