How do I hide the printing of "private appointments" with Outlook 2000 & 2003
calendars? Thanks.

There's a "Hide details of private appointments" option in the Print dialog

You just tick the box on the printing screens. Go have a look - there's a
box there where you can select to print them or not. I don't have either of tose versions in front of me so can't give exact location - but it IS there! I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
