Default 5 cars in 1 calender

I work on a department which has 5 cars for the use of the employees (only
business). 1 person has recently got the management concerning these cars,
and got thereby the recommendation to make calenders in outlook, authorise
the people from the department, so people can plan when they want use the
car. He wants that people can see in an eye rise which car there is free at a
certain moment, and that people don't have to open all 5 calenders. When you
put all cars in 1 calender it is also not very usefull. Does anyone know a
someone solution how to solve this?

In advance thanks,

Ev-vD
