Need to send meeting request for 9 meetings not 2 or 3 weeks apart
I have to send out a meeting request to 5 people for 9 different meetings
through June. They are recurring meetings. Some are twice a month, others 3 times a month, and yet others are only once a month. How can I send the meeting request out only once with the information and dates? Thank you.
