Hello,
We saw this happening as well. What it turned out to be is that the person had many appointments on that day and there just wasn't enough room to print all the appointments. We made the font size of the details of the appointment very small (I think we made it around 6) in the page layout of the calendar and then all appointments showed up. Hope that helps. You might have better luck with the Calendar Printing Assistant available as
a free download form Microsoft. -- Bill R MVP "Philo" wrote in message ... in Outlook 2007, when im trying to print a calendar of a certain week, the appointments are getting cut off. lets say it's: Monday 8:00am Time for the weekly reuni 9:00am Walk the dog near the par i would like for it to be: Monday 8:00am Time for the weekly reunion with friends. 9:00am Walk the dog near the park at 42nd street. I followed your recommendation and downloaded Calendar Printing Assistant. I
still have the same problem as the original "post," and would appreciate if you would explain how I can print more complete information in my monthly calendar listings. Second question: When I want to change the number of days/weeks shown on my printed calendar, I select Print Style: Monthly, and Print Range: Start: 10/7/2007 and End: 10/31/2007 (4 weeks), it still previews and prints 10/7/2007 - 11/10/2007 (5 weeks). Do you have a suggestion as to how I can fix this problem? -- Anne "BillR [MVP]" wrote: You might have better luck with the Calendar Printing Assistant available as a free download form Microsoft. This seems to be a bug with Outlook 2007 that I think might be addressed in
SP1. I was hoping the Calendar Printing Assistant would work around it. None of the templates provided with it give better results? Monthly Style always includes the full week before the start of the month and runs up to the end of the week after the end of the month. The same will apply for weeks. If you try and print two weeks from mid-week then the first and last days of that week will also show up. Changing "weeks starts on" to the day you want to start the print from might help. Printing just selected days is another way to approach it but gives many more pages. To be honest, printing directly from Outlook needs a lot of work. Since you have the Calendar Printing Assistant try from there. If one could create their own templates with it then it would be even better. -- Bill R "Anne" wrote in message ...
