To make a recurring appointment private I have to create it as a single
appointment, make it private, then make it recurring. If I make it recurring first, when I right click the appointment the private option is not selectable like it is when you make a single appointment. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
